Each horse/foal will have a picture taken upon arrival to Eagle Hill Farm and a photo taken at the time of departure to their new home. This will become a part of its permanent record.

Eagle Hill Farm can arrange gelding for all colts, if desired by their new owner, prior to pick-up. At the present time that cost would be an additional $150.

Foals can be gentled, halter broken, and more so that they are safe and mannerly before leaving for their "forever" homes. Some have already had this training. Please check Training for costs associated in this service.

Eagle Hill Farm will check references of new adopters to insure that the foal/horse will be given the best of care.

After arriving home adopters are required to send us a photo of their new arrivals at 3 months again at 6 months and yearly thereafter. This will give us an opportunity to see the progress of these wonderful horses and put their pictures on our web site.

In the event that an owner changes his/her mind on a foal or horse prior to shipping, a refund will be given within 30 days.

All medical records will be provided, including coggins, shots and worming schedules. Records of shots can be forwarded directly to your veterinarian by Rappahannock Equine Veterinary Clinic in Locust Grove, Va. We will also provide you with a list of their feeding schedules and the products they are currently eating.
