We will require that photos be sent to us at the third month after adoption/sale, again at 6 months and then yearly thereafter, and we need to know of any changes in the stabling address of this equine.

If in the future you find that you are no longer able to care for this horse, we must be notified in writing as to who the new owner will be. We will require the same application to be filled out, and will take the same time in verifying their information.

Sales will only be allowed to private individuals; no horse brokers, feed lots, auctions, or slaughter houses.

At time of delivery of this horse, you are hereby agreeing to accept any future care, liability, and to hold Eagle Hill Farm harmless in any disputes to include, but not limited to, soundness, temperament, or the ability to achieve any certain discipline.
